Launch of Pierwell

This year, we proudly launched Pierwell Dundarave, a landmark project that blends modern living with deep community engagement. Designed to serve as more than just a residential development, Pierwell focuses on creating spaces that bring people together. The project incorporates green spaces for gathering, innovative amenities to foster connection, and seamless integration with the local landscape to reflect the spirit of West Vancouver. With sustainability, accessibility, and luxury at its core, Pierwell aims to elevate not just the standards of residential living but also the sense of belonging and community in the area.

Responding to the Call for Affordable Housing

The housing market continues to face significant challenges, with a growing demand for rental and affordable housing options. Recognizing this critical need, SwissReal will start a predevelopment planning for a new rental housing project in early 2025. This initiative aims to provide sustainable, accessible, and high-quality housing solutions that address the pressing needs of our communities. Our dedication to supporting affordable housing reflects our belief in creating spaces where everyone can thrive.

Innovating Childcare Solutions to Help Communities Thrive

Quality childcare remains a significant challenge for many families, and we’re proud to have partnered with Acorn Early Education Management Group to help address this need. Together, we are developing and operating new childcare centers designed to provide nurturing environments for children and peace of mind for families. These centers aim to set new benchmarks in early education, focusing on innovative programs, inclusivity, and community engagement. Supporting this initiative has been one of the highlights of our year, as we see its direct impact on families in our communities.

40 Years with the Vancouver Rotary Club

SwissReal’s connection to the Vancouver Rotary Club spans over 40 years, and we are proud of our continued involvement in this remarkable organization. The Rotary Club blends philanthropy and business, driving meaningful change through its projects. Year after year, SwissReal has been one of the top fundraisers for the Rotary Ride for Hearing, an event dedicated to supporting hearing loss initiatives. In 2025, we are honored to take on a leadership role in organizing this impactful event, further deepening our commitment to giving back to the community.
