Lease & Collaboration
Initiated with a groundbreaking 30-year lease agreement extended by the airport authority and FedEx, this partnership was built on trust and mutual strategic interests. It showcased SwissReal's capability to secure long-term triple-net leases.
Bespoke Design
Designed and constructed to FedEx's stringent specifications, the facility features a state-of-the-art offloading area tailored for efficiently handling air cargo. This includes specialized taxiway and landing stay strips, accommodating the majesty of 747 aircraft within an expansive 250,000 sq ft space.
Innovative Solutions
The center boasts an intricate system of conveyors, ensuring seamless logistics operations. Additionally, it incorporates 23,000 sq ft of dedicated office space, with separate zones for testing and authority monitoring, highlighting our attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
